She played the curiosity of the reader masterfully up to the very last sentence you could only assume, anxiously hope and guess how it would turn out.Įven if it the shortest installment of the series so far when my memory serves me correctly it still delivers on a sizzling hot and gripping emotional level, I could truly feel the emotions of the characters and vicacriously live their experiences which i can say about few books i've read. The story is once weaved around Tawny and a year has passed, i was really curious to see how things would have progressed as a gooey romantic myself and boy, i was not disappointed, I had slivers of doubt emerging during the midpart ( considered to drop my rating to 4 stars) of the book but i can safely say the finish made more than up for it. This is an honest review in exchange for a free copy, however i choose to support Karena in buying the books afterwards and gifted them to a good friend of mine for some sexy times hihi. It finally happened and i was able to get my hands on the long awaited sequel to such fantastic book series. If you like your erotica with a story and strong characters, you won’t be disappointed with The Choice.

I have read Karena’s books individually, but for fans of the genre and especially for new readers of her work, I would recommend purchasing the box set as the three books follow Tawny through trials and tribulations to which many would be able to relate. I believe that the ability to incorporate all three elements would set her apart from many other erotica writers. Karena is a skilled writer with a believable story, great dialogue and graphic sex scenes.

I had made my choice as I was reading and I was anxious to see if Tawny agreed. She is left with choices and we are left hanging to the end to see which one she makes.

The book is in the erotica genre for sure with its explicit scenes, but they are supported by a well thought out storyline that sees the lead character, Tawny, challenged by a misunderstanding and the surprising arrival of someone from her past. I’m a big fan of strong storylines with twists and turns and surprise endings and Karena Marie delivers with The Choice.
